Refund policy
We want you to absolutely love your Siora Beauty experience. If something didn’t go as expected, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of beauty products and for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items.
However, we do accept returns on unopened and unused items in original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
- Return label fee: $6.95 for refunds to your original payment method
- Free returns when you choose store credit
To start your return, please email support@siorabeauty.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos (if applicable). Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Products must be received within 10 business days of return approval.
Order Issues (Damaged / Wrong Item)
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A short description of the issue
Once verified, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Note: Minor cosmetic imperfections to outer packaging do not qualify as damage unless the product itself is affected.
What We Can’t Accept
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Opened, used, or tampered products
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Products without original packaging
- Subjective concerns (e.g. scent, color, texture)
- Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it:
- Confirm your shipping address was entered correctly
- Check with neighbors or your building manager
- Contact the carrier to open an investigation
Siora Beauty is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier and cannot offer refunds in these cases.
Fraud & Abuse Prevention
To maintain fairness and protect our customers, we monitor for excessive return activity or abuse. We reserve the right to decline service or returns in cases of policy abuse or suspicious behavior.
